May 11th Eat What You Want Day

Well, with recent events we all have probably been doing this lately anyway, eating what we want…or what we can get our hands on anyway! The funny thing about all this is that since many of us have been eating junk food, we sort of want something healthy for a change. Who knows, maybe this will change our ways of life and help us in the long run. But for today, just eat whatever you want, unless you are allergic to it! Just don’t let it fall into a bad habit again!

How to celebrate – Eat whatever you want today. Try some new food, you just might like it. Have a test tasting party, even if it’s just for you.
