May 3rd Garden Meditation Day

Created by C.L. Formari of Osterville, Ma, an author and radio personality in 2010, garden meditation day is all about becoming an artichoke! No, not really, it’s all about spending some time in nature and enjoying something so simple, and yet so complex at the same time. A garden gives you the chance to experience growth and how you can change the course of time with your own hands. So it’s not about becoming an artichoke, it’s about helping something beyond yourself live and grow and give back to you everything you have put it in.

How to celebrate – Plant a garden. Spend time in your garden. Talk to your plants… it may not help them as much as it helps you.
