May 9th Mother’s Day

I know we celebrate birthdays the day children are born, and I guess rightfully so, but it just seems like we should be celebrating Mother’s Day since the mom did all the work! So maybe it’s because of those families that have like 12 children, because that would mean like 12 Mother’s Days and maybe that’s too many. Although for what they go through, probably not. Anyway, there is some controversy over when and where Mother’s Day started but let’s go with the official date, May 10th, 1908 in Philadelphia. It is always celebrated the second Sunday in May. Here’s to all the moms out there… none of us would be here without you!

How to celebrate – Honor your mom today. Even honor your Mother-In-Law. Do everything for them today even if they don’t want you to.
