July 9th National Motorcycle Day

Always thew second Friday in July, National Motorcycle Day was created by Dairyland Insurance to remind their friends and clients to ride safely when on their motorcycles (I would presume that also stands for any other vehicle as well). They started the day back in 2016. Motorcycles are a fun way to get around but they can be more dangerous than cars and other modes of transportation. Both the drivers of motorcycles needvto be extra cautious of their surroundings , and other vehicles need to be aware of these drivers on the road not protected by anything but the air around them. A little mistake by either driver can be serious when riding a bike.

How to celebrate – Ride your motorcycle today. Watch out for motorcycles today and all days. Attend a motorcycle rally.
