You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream! Why would you ever reward someone for screaming? I guess the ice cream cools down you throat at least. Today was created by the “Gipper”, President Ronald Reagan on the 3rd Sunday of July in 1984. He also proclaimed July as National Ice Cream Month at the same time! With as many flavors as are available today there is something for everyone. Only problem is keeping all those flavors in your ice box! Oh well… go to an ice cream parlor and determine your favorite and just bring that home.
