Today it is suggested that we should all be more like Angels. (Though I am told by the religious community a human cannot be an Angel) I think the real meaning of today is act more like you think an Angel acts than to try and literally be one. We think of most Angels as Women but the are Men too, Michael, Gabriel and so forth. But there is something about an Angel being soft and gentle which reminds us more of women. Today was created by Jayne Howard Feldman in 1993.
How to celebrate – Study all the Angels in God’s toolbox. Try and act like an Angel. Look for Angels in your outfield.
