Here a lost art! Reading a real map. Most of us weren’t all that good at it before GPS arrived, we are even worse at it now, but it was once the only way to travel. Actually I didn’t have a lot of trouble reading maps, I even sort of enjoyed it! My problem was folding the map back up. It’s nice to keep a map as back up just in case but since we often complain about our GPS being out of date, you can forget about your map which may have been printed ten years ago!
