April 6th National Tartan Day

If you have any Scottish heritage in your family you probably have tartan colors that tell what “Clan” you originally came from. Just like countries flags, the tartan colors identified your background and family tree. April 6th, 1320 Scotland’s Declaration of Independence from England was signed. It was used by the Colonies in the 1700’s here in the US to form it’s own independence. Since Scotland and England are linked together in one land mass, their independence is a little different but in theory, the same.
