Today should be respected as the day we give the household engineer a day off from their never ending work. This job is one of the most unappreciated jobs on the face of the earth. No one seems to notice when the house is clean but they sure can complain when it isn’t. And who is it that assigns what jobs who gets to keep a house clean? I mean, I am one of the worst in not noticing something needs to be clean so if you leave it to me, the house is going to be dirty a lot! So here’s to all the homemakers, take a day off, you deserve it!
How to celebrate – Put the housework off until tomorrow. Write up assignments for everyone to do every week. If you think it needs cleaning, clean it!
