June 9th Donald Duck Day

Donald Duck was one of Disney’s first creations after Mickey Mouse, appearing in “The Wise Hen” on June 9th, 1934. His image and voice are recognizable all over the world along with Daisy, his “Girlfriend” and his nephews, Hewy, Dewey and Louie. As with most comic characters he seems to get himself into trouble that he must spend numerous types of efforts to get himself out of. He is also known as Donald F. Duck, the “F” standing for “Fauntleroy”.
