Most parents want to have a boy and a girl if they have two children, naturally they settle for (And love) whatever they get. And in a perfect world, we would probably like to get to experience having one of each, or more. Today we celebrate those families that have at least one son and one daughter. We should probably just call this children’s day because we don’t want to leave out those who have two girls or two boys or just one child. Of course you have all the non-binary associations today as well that even though you may have had a son and daughter born to you they may actually be neither!
How to celebrate – Let your children know you love them no matter who they are. Be proud of your children, most are doing their best. Celebrate your children everyday.
