December 14th National Bouillabaisse Day

So long as you learn how to spell bouillabaisse you got have of the job licked! Anyway, It is a Mediterranean base used to make fish soups and or stews probably created in Marseilles, Frances and enjoyed world wide by those who love fish soup, or stew. (There is the key!) It can be made with cod, snapper, flounder, halibut, sea bass, monk fish, or really, any kind of fish you want to make it out of. If you don’t like fish though, you might want to avoid it.

How to celebrate – Learn how to make bouillabaisse. Go fish to catch you fish. Perhaps mix the fish to get a different taste.
