If you don’t love peanut butter then you can go back to bed and forget about today. It is National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day! Peanut butter, at least in it’s original a form, was created, or invented, by Marcellus Gilmore Edson in Canada in 1884. An American version came along in 1895 created by Dr. Kellogg of the famed cereal company. Whether you love creamy or chunky, with or without jelly or on butter or just plain doesn’t matter, just loving peanut butter qualifies for membership in the celebration for today.
